Store and eligibility

The website is operated under the Sinister Performance Club name from Ontario, Canada. You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Products, images and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, sizes, images and availability accurate. Colours and scale may vary by screen. Lifestyle or on-body images may be styled or digitally produced; the product-only images and written description should be used to assess the item. We may correct errors, limit quantities or cancel an unavailable item and refund the affected amount.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when payment is approved and the order is confirmed for fulfilment. PayPal processes the payment under its own terms. You are responsible for accurate order and delivery information and for any applicable taxes, duties or brokerage fees.

Discounts

Discounts are subject to their displayed conditions, have no cash value and cannot be stacked unless expressly stated. A browser-based limit can be reset by clearing browser data, but misuse, automated entries or repeated attempts to evade stated limits may result in cancellation.

Club name and automotive content

Purchasing merchandise does not create a legal partnership, employment relationship, formal racing membership, event entry or right to represent the business. Website, video and social content is general entertainment and information—not individualized mechanical, tuning, safety or legal advice.

Motorsport and modified vehicles involve serious risks. Follow applicable laws, manufacturer instructions and qualified professional advice. Racing content should not be treated as encouragement to drive dangerously or race on public roads.

Intellectual property

The site design, Sinister branding, photographs, artwork, videos, text and product graphics are owned by or licensed to Sinister Performance Club and may not be copied, sold, modified or used commercially without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it excessively, introduce malicious code, misuse checkout or discounts, impersonate another person, or use the site in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every display, link or third-party service will always be error-free. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability may legally be limited, our aggregate liability connected with a merchandise order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law govern these terms, without limiting any mandatory protections available where you live.
